Generate Report
Diagnostic report is a comprehensive vehicle health report that reveals faults or failures detected in the ECU.
The diagnostic report can be generated from the Drive Cycle module by clicking on the PDF icon.
For more accurate diagnostic reports, it is recommended to take the vehicle through a complete drive cycle after the DTC has been cleared. The drive cycle information is reported as the last two rows in the vehicle parameter section of the diagnostic report.
The Vehicle Parameters Section
This section has information which include Check engine light status, runtime since engine started, input voltage, distance travelled with malfunction indicator light and son on.
NOTE: The volume of information displayed depends on the vehicle manufacturer and are different from vehicle to vehicle.
The Diagnostic Trouble Code Section
This section displayed only the stored diagnostic trouble codes. The permanent and pending DTCs are not shown on the diagnostic reports.
The Monitors Section
The title indicates if the engine is of spark ignition (Fuel) or the compression ignition(Diesel) and display the only the faulty monitors detected during the diagnostic procedure.e here…
The Component Test Result Section
This section displays the failed component and the failed value of the components detected during the diagnostic procedure. The diagnostic report only displays the failed components and not the complete list of components.
